Lull has gained traction in the mattress industry because of their money saving sales approach. They sell directly from their factory, cutting out the middle man and passing on savings to their customers. They offer financing and an impressive 100-night trial period with a money back guarantee.

I’m so happy I decided to put together an assessment of this product. If you’ve never heard of this product, you’re letting a great foam design pass you by. It’s made from some of the best available  materials and includes an infused gel to help keep you cool all night.

No matter your favorite sleeping position, you’ll find comfort and support with this product. Read my trial period assessment to learn about its materials, firmness level, and who should ideally buy this product.

Construction

Layers

GhostBed 11-Inch Twin Latex & Gel Memory Foam Luxury Mattress

During my test trial I discovered that the product is comprised of three layers. The first is considered the comfort layer. It’s made up of 1.5” of memory foam that’s been infused with gel. The gel helps pull heat away from your body, ensuring a comfortable sleeping environment.

The second layer is 1.5” thick. It’s considered the transition layer and is made up of several types of premium foam. This level is critical for even weight distribution and spinal alignment.

The final layer is the foundation. It’s 7” thick and provides strength and support that’s just the right balance for a foam design.  I also came to appreciate this base layer as it limited motion transfer and kept me from feeling like I was sinking too far into the bed.

Cover

I inspected the cover during my trial period. It’s a handcrafted cover that’s removable and fire resistant. It’s made in the USA and easily stretches and flexes around the layers for ultimate comfort.

Signature Sleep Contour 8 Inch Twin Mattress

First Impression & Overnight Test (Firmness, Feel, & Support)

The first thing I noticed was how I felt like I was sinking into the bed. But before it felt like I was going to sink too far, never to be seen again, I felt the support layer step in and do its job. So while this wasn’t the firmest foam  I’d ever tried, I enjoyed how I felt almost suspended and enveloped in complete comfort. If you’re looking for a truly authentic foam  experience, I encourage you to conduct your own test trial.

Who Should Buy this Product?

Anyone who loves foam should give this product a try. It is one of the most comfortable foam sleeping surfaces I’ve tried. Also, if you find yourself switching between several sleeping positions, the design can provide you with comfortable support, whether you’re on your back, side, or stomach. I didn’t believe this until I conducted research on this product.  Most foam designs are only ideal for one or two sleeping positions but this product is great for just about every kind of sleeper, a feature I put to the test during  test run of the product.

Key Features

One of the best features to note  is its affordable price, even though it’s made from quality materials. I appreciated the money back guarantee I was presented with,  but I had nothing but positive things  to say during my experience. The gel-infused foam helps regulate temperature throughout the entire night and the therapeutic support relieves pressure points and helps you wake up feeling refreshed. It left my body feeling better than it had in years.

How Does It Compare?

Nature’s Sleep 10” Gel Memory Foam

The Nature’s Sleep  includes superior gel technology, and an impressive 2” of it. The design naturally conforms to your body weight and regulates temperature. It includes a removable and allergen-resistant cover that wraps around the gel layer and the thick 8” foam base.

The GhostBed 11-Inch Latex & Gel Memory Foam Luxury

Even though it has the word luxury in the title, the GhostBed is incredibly affordable. It’s made in the USA and includes an impressive 20-year warranty, along with a 100-night sleep trial. The cover helps pull away both moisture and heat, keeping you cool and calm all night.

Classic Brands 10.5 Inch Cool Gel Memory Foam

Here’s another brand that includes a cooling gel, similar to the one I experienced.  But the cost of this product is even more affordable. However, with only two layers, I don’t think the comfort level is nearly as high as the product I tested.

Classic Brands 10.5 Inch Cool Gel Self-Ventilating Memory Foam Mattress

While these are all fabulous foam  options that includes cooling features, The design I tested goes above and beyond. I loved every moment I slept on it. For the price, I couldn’t believe how comfortable, supported, and cool I felt every single night.

Verdict

Whether you’ve slept on foam for years or have never even tried one out in a store, the product I tested  is a perfect option, especially if you’re looking for an affordable design that sleeps cool. Because of its risk-free return policy, I can highly the product. I am now a fan of the product and the company that makes it. Check out our other mattress reviews.
