Leesa Mattress Review

Leesa Mattress Review

Leesa is a fast-growing e-commerce  brand. While they’re fairly new on the scene, they’ve made a big splash. They were actually recognized as a top startup by Forbes in 2015. They’re a great example of the direct-to-consumer  business model. They don’t offer a huge variety of products so they’re able to focus on fast processing and superb customer service, which made me want to conduct a test trial.

Take a little time to read my report. I think you’ll enjoy what you learn. The Leesa is a mattress that’s designed for all types of sleepers. If you’ve struggled with finding a mattress that supports you from every angle, and might be all you need to give the brand a try.

LinenSpa 8 inch Memory Foam and Innerspring Hybrid Mattress

During my trial period I inspected all three layers of the design. The bottom layer is the foundation layer. It consists of 6” of high density support foam. The middle layer is the support layer and is made up on 2” of memory foam.

The top layer is the special ingredient of the Leesa mattress. It’s called the comfort layer and is made up of 2” of Avena foam. While Avena is definitely a foam, it performs more like latex. This gives the bed more bounce and keeps it from overheating like most foam  tends to do.

I noticed the cover right away. It’s design is stunning. It’s made from polyester-lycra and includes a seamless edge for maximum comfort.

First Impression & Overnight Test (Firmness, Feel, & Support)

My initial feeling when I first sat down on bed was that it was firmer than I originally thought it would be. But even with this being said, it was still comfortable. While sitting on the edge of the bed I found the support to be quite sturdy.

I decided to test the universal comfort claim and tried just about every sleeping position I could think of. I lied on my side, on my stomach, on my back, and in some crazy positions that I don’t think anyone sleeps in. But I wanted my assessment to be accurate. While some positions were more comfortable than others, I think this was based on my own preference. I could feel the surface shifting beneath me, supporting my body as it moved. It made for a very relaxing experience.

This product ideal for just about any sleeping position. While there is only one firmness level available, we at Sleep Ask found throughout my own assessment and those of others that delivers on its promise of universal comfort. Key Features

If you’re considering starting your own trial period, keep the following in mind. This product  is a highly rated direct-to-consumer product, cutting out the middle man and saving you a substantial amount of money. It offers a universal feel that adapts to most body weights, shapes, and sleeping positions.

It’s completely made in America with premium materials. It’s incredibly durable, absorbs motion like a champ, and can provide you with beautiful nights of peaceful slumber. You’re sure to notice all of these features.

How Does It Compare?

Let’s take a look at some of the competition:

LinenSpa 8” Memory Foam and Innerspring Hybrid

If you’re still not sold on an all-foam, the LinenSpa could be a great compromise. It includes memory foam along with an innerspring layer that helps provide you with the ideal combination of comfort and support.

Tuft & Needle

Here’s another design that promises universal comfort. It has just the right amount of bounce but still lets your body sink just enough to relieve pressure and leave you feeling relaxed and calm as you drift off to sleep. However, there have been complaints about the bed sinking too much as time goes on. Check out the full Tuft & Needle mattress review.

Zinus Memory Foam 12 Inch Green Tea

This design is a bit thicker and is infused with green tea to fight mold and mildew. While its price is a bargain, it does have a strong smell at first and has been described as too hard for some sleepers. Check out the full Zinus mattress review.

Zinus Sleep Master Ultima Comfort Memory Foam

My trial period left me confident in my endorsement for the product. Even if you’re not happy with your sleeping surface there’s no risk. You can receive a full refund. However, I believe that you’ll be more than satisfied.

Overall, I really enjoyed my sleep during my trial period. The Avena comfort layer really seemed to make a difference in my comfort level, no matter which position I slept in. If you’re still not convinced, I urge you to check out a few others. The company’s rave reviews and positive reputation can’t be that off. Check out our other mattress reviews.
